The evening will consist of a silent auction, a live auction, dinner, a live band and dancing.

History: The 1st Spring Gala took place in April of 2003. The purpose was to raise money and awareness of the school. In April of 2004, the Holy Rosary Spring Gala became an annual event; and 2009 was a record breaking year. The monies raised by the Gala have been used to upgrade the school’s technology, playground, and provide educational development for both our students and teachers. This event is a wonderful opportunity for us to raise money for the school as well as to have an evening of dancing, food, fun, and fellowship.

The Spring Gala, Why? Holy Rosary Catholic School has been a vital part of our community for over 60 years. The school has produced students that are now an integral part of our community. We have worked hard to maintain high academic standards as well as nurture Catholic values in our students. The purpose of the Spring Gala is to ensure that we can maintain those standards and keep our tuition and fees affordable for all our families.

How you can help:

Table sponsorships, underwriting, and item donations are all tax-deductible. You will be given a receipt.

Be a sponsor: Sponsor a table with choices of several different levels. Sponsorship includes premium seating for 10, a program ad, name recognition, table signage, and your logo featured in promotional ads as well as additional benefits depending on level.

Underwrite a cost: You can help us cover some of the costs associated with the Gala. Your donation of up to $950 will help pay for expenses such as the cost of printing tickets and programs for the gala, or the entertainment for the evening, and more. For all donations above $100, we will recognize you or your company in the gala program. Cash donations in any amount are also welcomed and appreciated.

Donate an item(s): We want to promote area businesses and families while helping our school simultaneously. Please consider donating an item that we can showcase in either the live or silent auction. It will be sold to the highest bidder, and the proceeds will help the school and endorse your business or family, too!
